Summer Spritz
45 ml Limoncello Rossi d’Asiago
60 ml Prosecco
Top with Soda
In a pre-cooled glass add ice cubes, pour in the Limoncello and the Prosecco. Top-up with Soda and garnish with a lemon zest.
Lemon Tonic
20 ml Limoncello Rossi d’Asiago
100 ml Tonic water
2 drops Angostura bitter
In a high tumbler add ice and Limoncello. Top-up with Tonic water and optionally add some drops of Angostura.
