Pomace origin: Selection of the best local producers.
Distillation method: Discontinuous low-pressure steam-operated copper stills.
Distillation period: October and November.

Ageing: Aged 15 years using an elaborate procedure involving the use of small barrels of many different woods.
Colour: Dark brown.
Bouquet: Very rich, it combines sweet and bitter sensations, hints of spice, vanilla and cocoa.
Taste: Full and rich. A meditation grappa.
