Margarita “the Italian way”
35 ml Limoncello Rossi d’Asiago
20 ml Tequila
20 ml Lime juice
20 ml sugar syrup
Shake all the ingredients with ice and double- strain into a pre-chilled margarita glass rimmed with salt.
Italo-Americano
30 ml cherry bitter
30 ml vermouth
Velvet of Limoncello Rossi d’Asiago
In a pre-chilled mixing glass add ice, bitter and vermouth. Mix and pour in a low Tumbler full of ice. Layer with a Limoncello Velvet.
