10 ml Sugar Syrup
5 ml Lime Juice
15 ml Apple Juice
Shake all the ingredients and pour into a Martini glass. Garnish with lemon zest and serve.

2 spoons of white sugar Soda water
Lime & Orange slices
Mash the lime with sugar. Pour Limoncello and fill with soda. Add crushed ice and stir. Garnish with a slice of lime and orange.

40 ml Limoncello Rossi 20 ml Pureed Melon 60 ml Sweet & Sour
Shake all the ingredients with ice and pour into a glass full of ice. Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of melon.

20 ml Dry Gin
Shake the ingredients with ice and strain into a glass rimmed with sugar. Top with a slice of lemon.
LIMONCELLO MARGARITA
45 ml Limoncello Rossi 20 ml Triple Sec
30 ml Lime Juice Maraschino Cherries
Shake the ingredients with ice and strain into a Margarita glass edged with salt. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
GOLDEN SUNRISE
30 ml Limoncello Rossi
90 ml fresh orange juice Splash of grenadine
Orange zest & rosemary sprig
Fill a high glass with ice and add Limoncello and orange juice. Top with a splash of grenadine and let it slowly sink to the bottom. Garnish with orange zest and a rosemary sprig.
